A local developer redeveloped a local shopping center with two new tenants interested in relocating. LED was tasked with providing a master plan for the existing shopping center and designing the pre-engineered metal shell building and exterior for Crunch Fitness, while partnering with another architect on the interior. Ollie’s Bargain Outlet opened in an adjacent, existing tenant space. An exterior facelift, incorporating the design language from the master plan, was designed along with a new interior to bring it up to current code standards.
