A Y-shaped building next near Deibert Park was designed for the growing Riverhill School. Two classroom wings frame the entrance which is visible from the street and the administrative offices at the center, and a third wing sits behind the entry with a media center, cafeteria, and gymnasium. The design of the building reflected the design of traditional early 20th-century school buildings found in the Southeast.
